Danny Green was born February 10, 1955, in Florence, South Carolina to the late John Carl Green and Lillie Mae Hyman Green. He was preceded in death by his brother Johnny Green.  Danny was a very humble man.  He was called home to rest from his labor on Tuesday August 6, 2024, at his home in Darlington, South Carolina.

Danny was reared in the Pamplico community.  He was educated in the public school system of Pamplico, South Carolina where he attended Gibbs School.

Danny had a long-time friend, the late Lois Longs of Pamplico, South Carolina.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his mom Lille Mae Hyman-Green of Pamplico, South Carolina Siblings, James Green of Columbia, South Carolina, Doris Woodberry of Pamplico, South Carolina, Moses Carl Green of Pamplico, South Carolina, Mary Lee Lesane of Naples, Florida, Jennifer Fleming of Pamplico, South Carolina, Gail (Stevie) Williams of Florence, South Carolina, Gloria (Johnathan) Coaxum of Pamplico, South Carolina, Corneil Green of Summerville, South Carolina and Dewayne Green of Pamplico, South Carolina.  He also leaves behind a special friend Andrew Graham of Darlington, South Carolina, a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and friends.
