I LEAVE TO MY CHILDREN:  All of my love and affection.  I thank you for everything, especially for caring for me in my last days.  Thanks so much for going the extra mile for me.  I will always love each of you and I expect greater works from each of you.  I request Godly guidance for the rest of my family.  I love you all.  You must all do what is right.

Brother Eugene Jones was born on September 18, 1936 in Barnwell, South Carolina to the late Josephine Anderson Jones and the late Val Jones.  He was the second child of eight children.

Eugene was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Rockie Ellison Jones and to the late Leila Ellison Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives; his sister, Lizzie Mae Hearman, his brothers Hudson Napoleon Jones and Harry Jones, and his grandson Eric Darryl Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  two children, Darryl Eugene Jones of Gresham, SC and Victoria Monique Jones of Jacksonville, FL; five stepchildren, Terrecenia Morice Bristol and Bertha Rhodes of Sumter, SC, Willie Mack Stuckey of Spartanburg, SC Alliefee Stuckey of Myrtle Beach, SC and Connie Stuckey Stokes of Albany, GA; his sisters of Jacksonville, FL, Jonell and Terry Jones, Mildred Bacon, Geneva Davis, and Geraldine Jones; 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; two brother-in-laws:  Donnell Bacon and Lunsford Jones and two sister-in-laws:  Victoria and Gloria Jones of Jacksonville, FL and a host of family and friends.
