Obituary

Patsy Ann Williams was born to Mr. Edwin & Rosa Williams in Pamplico, South Carolina on February 15, 1942.  At Mill Branch AME Church, Pat was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a very early age.  She was also educated in the Pamplico Public School District.

Lovingly referred to as "Trish" by her children and close family, she moved to Detroit, Michigan where she met and married the love of her life Henry A. McNeil.   Henry and Trish married on December 7, 1963 and together they started a family. The loving couple have a son, Leon and two daughters Michel and Tammy.

Pat worked for Detroit Public Schools, where she focused on assisting children with learning how to read and helping in the culinary department.

Trish was a God-fearing, strong, praying woman who was the glue of her family. She enjoyed going to church where she served faithfully in the choir and in the kitchen. Trish was famous for her holiday and dinner parties, where you could always fill your heart with laughter and joy while enjoying a great meal and cakes! Trish would fill your heart with confidence and your soul with food, that was her legacy. She left that with her family in which she loved and protected with all her heart!

Trish has opened her door to many friends and family that needed just a little hope (help)! Traveling with her family was also some of her favorite past times. She was sumthin chile!

On January 30, 2019, she joined her parents Mr. & Mrs. Williams, her siblings Rev.  Robert H Williams, Janet Reeves, Eddie Williams, Mary Williams, Willie (Rosie) Williams, Joseph Williams, Luther Williams, Dora (Frank) Sutton, Gloria (Fulton) McNeil, Johnny Roy Williams. Brother in law Jethro (Desiree) McNeil, Thurman McNeil and McCylde Munnerlyn in death.
